Name
Catherine “Cat” Rachel Burnham
Gender
Female
Age
Twenty-five
Cult
In-between, neither, neutral, Swiss, etc.
Appearance
Picture here.
Cat’s face is usually considered delicate, save for her nose, which is usually considered big. She thinks she only looks pretty when she has her hair and makeup done, and this is quite true. Her occupation is closely related to looking nice; she is a nightclub singer. For this reason she is rarely seen in public wearing casual clothing or having her ash brown hair down (she wears it in a chignon style, shown in the photo). Her eyes are amber—technically a yellowish shade of hazel—but she despises the hue because she does not think it compliments her hair and lightly tanned skin. Cat also dislikes her build because she is tall and lean rather than curvy, very much like a runner. If she does not wash off her makeup before going to bed, her sclera and eyelids redden due to the heavy makeup.
Trinkets
Her rhinestone hair clip is one of her favorite things. She found it at a flea market in a suburb of London and wears it when she’s performing. Another thing Cat is never without is her cosmetics bag.
Personality
Apart from her low self-esteem (she absolutely hates her appearance, as mentioned earlier), Cat’s other defining characteristic is her meek, quiet, detached manner. She doesn’t mean to cause any trouble and would like to witness it even less. Unfortunately, she is always finding some sort of conflict because she works in a London bar which is the site of many Rocker-Mod skirmishes. She doesn’t like either group. However, she does like biology and chemistry; the only reason why she is working as a nightclub singer is to put herself through medical school. Most of her spare time is dedicated to studying, which probably contributes to her pessimism and irritability. As for patience, she doesn’t have much to spare.
History
Cat is a fourth-generation Londoner and was raised in a roomy flat with her working-class parents and two younger brothers. Both of her parents were extremely high-strung, a trait which she attributes to their upbringing during the interbellum and World War II, particularly the Battle of Britain. Through secondary schooling she maintained good grades and studied pre-med for four years at the University of London. She is still enrolled there as she finishes up medical school, struggling to pay for her studies and rent.
